Because we want this event to be as geographically accessible as possible, we're making recordings of the seminars available for one week after the conference.
Here's how it works!
Who can see them? Anyone who has paid for a space and registered for the seminar will have access to the recording.
When will they be available? Our target is to get them uploaded and available to view within 24 hours of being on air. They will be available to access through December 9th.
Where do we go to access them? All registered attendees will be sent a link that gives them unique access to the recording once it's available. This will be sent to the email access you used to register for the session.
What if it doesn't work?! Just get in touch! We'll help make it work.
Very important to note! Translations are not available on the recordings. They can only be used during live events.
You can pay for a single session or get a session bundle and choose which sessions you want to come to. When you register for a session, you get access to that session on the day PLUS access to the recording for a week after the summit.
Registration also gets you access to our online event community where there will be fringe events and opportunities to chat with other coaches in the run up to and over the course of Derby Stance.
And, don’t forget that the WFTDA is running an Open Session on Sunday Dec 2nd, with a Q&A with the Education Programmes Manager, Catherine Beat-Hex Bonez. The recording will be made available publicly after the summit so you don’t need to register to be able to watch it later.
We’ve got some amazing speakers from all over the world doing talks all day long which means there’s bound to be a session or two you can’t make because you’re working… or it’s the middle of the night.
Don’t worry! We’re recording all the seminars and everyone who has registered for the session will automatically be given access to the recording for the week after the Summit. So you can catch up if you had to miss it, or listen again if you were so entranced you forget to take notes!
We use ClickMeeting which you can access on pretty much any device. (Desktop, laptop, tablet, phone)
We recommend tuning in via computer because it’s a smoother viewing experience. You can see all the elements of the session at once and you have access to status changes which aren’t available on tablets.
If you do want to log on via tablet or phone, make sure you download the ClickMeeting app and check it works in good time before your seminar. You don’t want to miss anything!
